The Hotel Georgia was originally built in the 1920’s.  Over the decades, the hotel has been noted by many as alluring and distinctive and has attracted many a celebrity when in her prime.

This project is aimed at reinstating the Hotel Georgia as a glamorous, world-class hotel.  The restorations in the lobby promise to return her to the grandeur that she was once known for.  With the additions of the fine dining restaurant, fashionable lounge, designer spa, state of the art fitness facility and the expansive luxurious guest rooms, the Hotel Georgia will quickly become once again a shining jewel in Downtown Vancouver.

In addition to the exclusive reconstruction at Hotel Georgia, the project also entails the construction of a 48-storey tower connected to the hotel.  The tower will consist of 156 condo units available for purchase with the convenience of having access to all of the hotel amenities.
